Frequency Asked Questions

Q: Will my child take something home every class?
A: Since our studio is focused on the PROCESS of art rather than the product, your little creator might not take something home every class. We will strive to plan process art activities that are  still able to be put on the fridge :)

Q: Can I get a refund for a class ticket?
A: Refunds are not able to be given for a missed class. You will be able  to transfer your ticket to another class with availability. If you bought a ticket and are unable to make, please reach out so we can get your ticket rescheduled!

Q: What do parents do during class?
A: Our goal is to set up a special time for you and your little creator(s)! Enjoy exploring all of the sensory opportunities and activities without having to worry about cleaning up the mess afterwards. We do ask that parents support their child with keeping materials at the designated stations and assist with activities as needed.

Q: Does my child need to like getting messy?
A: No! We have loved to see little hands go from being afraid to be messy into diving into a muddy sensory table. We will support your little one to explore sensory activities and art tools as they are comfortable!

Q: Can siblings come to a class that they are too young or old for?
A:  Yes! We will have a Sibling Station set up at the studio if needed. For older or younger siblings, please try to bring something they enjoy and will be somewhat independent doing. We will also have independent activities to provide. Please let us know when buying a ticket if a sibling will be joining (free of charge as long as they are able to be at the sibling station for the majority of the class). Little siblings under 1 yr old do not need to have a ticket for Messy Minis if they are coming with an older sibling.

Q: Can I purchase a gift card?
A:  Gift cards will be available for purchase soon! They will be able to be used on class tickets or sensory kits available for purchase at the studio.

Q: Will Messy Hands & Happy Hearts be holding summer camps?
A:  Yes! More details coming soon!
